All first time clients are required to pay a £20 deposit to confirm your booking. This is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment time. £20 will be taken off the total price of your groom upon collection.

48 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment. If sufficient notice is not provided you will be required to pay for your dogs appointment in full.A payment link will be sent, and you will not be able to re-book until that is payed.

Please arrive promptly to your appointment, I have a 15 Minute grace period before you will be marked as a no show. If you arrive after this time unfortunately i will not be able to groom your dog and you will be charged in full.

Upon collection the same grace period applies, you will be told an approximate pick up time at hand over and you will receive a text with 30 minuets notice where possible. after the 15 minutes has passed you will be charged £5 per 15 minuets extra on top of your total price.

If your dog arrives at the salon with flees, you will be refused service. This is to protect both my clients for that day, and also groomingdales clients.

If your dog is ill or becomes ill during the groom, I will stop the groom and call you to collect your dog as soon as possible. Full payment will still be required.

All dogs are left at the owners own risk and “Groomed by Emily” are not responsible for any illness or injuries that may result from grooming.

I will take every care and precaution possible to avoid injuring your pet, however they are moving animals and I am using sharp tools so accidents may happen. I will instigate any first aid procedures where possible and you will be informed promtly.
